Hi, I’m Mason.
I run XT Nodes from outside Reno, Nevada. I spent nine years in data-center operations, where heat, noise, bad cables, and power use were not ideas. They were the job.
I started running Bitcoin node projects in 2017. Since then, I have studied home miners, wallets, node gear, crypto apps, and the small details that can turn a neat product into a costly pain.
What I look for
I care about facts a buyer can check: power draw, hash rate, key control, setup time, fees, repair paths, account risk, and clear support.
I use official product notes, public security papers, support pages, current owner reports, and controlled checks when gear is available. I do not treat one post as proof. If a detail cannot be confirmed, the article says so.
Why the plain language?
Crypto is hard enough. A guide should make it safer, not make the writer sound smart. I use short words, clear tables, and direct calls.
Corrections
Products and rules change. If you spot an error, email webmaster@xtnodes.com. I review useful corrections and note major updates.
